WE are hiring for responsible ambitious people to join our team with NO experience.

We are looking for a reliable logistic specialist to act as a communication point for brokers and truck drivers.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in a fast paced environment.

Experience using trucking software preferred.
Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic experience using computers.
Experience using dispatch and trucking software preferred.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices
Handle complex customer queries and complaints;
Work in the software transport management system.
Resolve a wide variety requests, which include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organisations.

Availability to work Mon-Fri 15:00 to 00 00
