Christian & Timbers is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as the Executive Assistant to our CEO on an evening shift basis. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our CEO's day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the company, and delivering exceptional administrative support.

With our client base predominantly in NY/Bay Area/Europe/tech meccas you will work with hottest companies driving the most advanced technologies across AI, Cyber, SaaS, Cloud, Robotics, IoT, Ecommerce, Fintech, EVs and Space Tech.

You will succeed if you can keep your calm in a high-pressure environment and have a real desire for results. The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be interacting with board members and C-Suite Clients, managing relationships, and coordinating meetings. The candidate should have experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive in a fast paced environment. This individual will have the opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing new technology companies in Cleveland.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics;
• Manage the CEO's schedule and ensure all appointments are organized and properly attended to
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials;
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
• Interacting with clients;
• Conduct research and prepare reports as requested;
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events;
• Provide general support to the team as required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent English
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Availability to work evening shifts, Monday to Friday
