For this position, we are looking for a responsible, serious, open-to-learning, and detail-oriented person. The ideal candidate has:
- Advanced English level, C1.
- Romanian or Russian languages.
- Computer and high-speed internet.
- Analytical mind.
- Proficient in Google Sheets (Excel) and Google Drive (is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills.
Your schedule is
6 hours per day (15.00 - 21.00);
5 days per week;
Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays are days off.
Your day-to-day activities include:
- Processing invoices in Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborating with the Factoring company.
- Following up on short payments and payments on hold.
- Emailing and calling brokerage companies to resolve payment issues.
- Communicating with drivers and dispatchers.
- Assisting the Director and Accountant with their daily tasks as needed.
