- Provide personalized career advice, including resume writing, cover letter drafting, and interview preparation.
Employer Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Source and secure job vacancies from employers and match them with suitable candidates.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
Job Matching and Placement:
- Assess job seekers’ qualifications and match them with appropriate job opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the job search and application process.
- Monitor and track the success of job placements and follow up with both employers and candidates.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, job market conditions, and employment laws.
- Conduct research to identify new job opportunities and potential employers.
