A startup from the Dreamups community is hiring a sales manager to help drive their growth.

Moonshot is a tech partner on demand, offering end-to-end product development solutions while also growing its own product. We provide comprehensive services from customer development to MVP launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Find and convert clients who are looking for IT services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Participate in international events.
  • Use tools for lead generation.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in IT is an advantage.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in sales in the US and European markets is an advantage.
  • Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm are qualities we are seeking.
  • This is an on-site job with a cozy office.
