Senior Recruiter
Your Responsibilities:
Actively recruit drivers through various channels, including driver schools, job fairs, online job boards, and social media platforms;
Visit driver schools to promote the company as an employer of choice, establish relationships with instructors and students, and conduct presentations to attract potential candidates;
Build and maintain strong relationships with driver schools, driving instructors, and industry organizations;
Guides the drivers through their schooling process, until the start of work;
Participating in additional projects.
Requirements:
English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level;
Graduated on minimum a bachelor level;
Good negotiation skills;
Effective in teamwork and able to work independently as needed;
Demonstrates a proactive approach, consistently bringing innovative ideas to the table;
Proven background in recruiting, either agency or in-house.
