We are looking for a Safety Manager for the logistics company (US market).
This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control Safety Department operations: Ensure proper functioning of the department and assist in resolving complex situations.
• Maintain Safety Score and FMCSA Portal: Regular monitoring and updating of safety indicators.
• Monitor HRM applications: Verify the accuracy of personal data in new applications. Conduct initial calls with potential drivers and verify driver documents before employment.
• Monitor logbooks and trips.
• Record and address tickets and DOT inspections: Maintain records and take measures to resolve violations.
• Prepare and submit warning letters: Ensure proper communication and documentation.
• Handle urgent insurance, accident, and damage issues: Provide prompt assistance in case of emergencies.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level
• Experience in transportation safety and logistics.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in document handling.
• Ability to respond quickly and make effective decisions.

Working hours: from 15 till 00 (Monday — Friday)
