- Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:
Manage tax compliance and financial reporting according to the laws of each country, ensuring that the company meets its obligations in every jurisdiction.
Prepare necessary financial documents and reports for international branches, including declarations for accounting, banking, and tax authorities.
- Financial Planning and Strategy:
Develop long-term financial strategies in line with company goals.
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and manage resource allocation.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
Manage the organization’s cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations.

- Budgeting and Cost Control:
Establish and monitor company budgets.

Specific Education & Experience Requirements:
- English level (C1)
- Proven experience in financial management, including roles in accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. At least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role is typically required.
- Good working knowledge of computer systems/applications; i. E. Microsoft Word, Excel
- High attention to detail and follow standard procedure
- Ability to plan, prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Familiarity with Moldovan and International Financial Laws.
