Requirements:
English level (Upper B2-C1) at least, in order to communicate effectively in an English-speaking environment.
Curios,hardworking with a flexible mindset.
High attention to details and multitasking.
Availability to work 6 days per week, 48 hours total.
Previous experience in logistics is not required but would be a strong advantage.
Good working knowledge of computer's systems/applications; i. E. Microsoft Word, Excel.
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to plan, prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines.
Ability to understand and apply in practice a high volume of information.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service by responding to quote requests and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner, collaborating with other team members to offer problem resolution, and providing estimates as needed.
Advise clients concerning: terms of delivery & payment, Air insurance, Air Services, transport alternatives, etc.
Respect and adhere to deadlines imposed by the CEO and COO, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
Develop, provide, and maintain quality client and vendor relationships, ensuring daily updates as needed.
Assist CEO of BPC with operations issues, including customer satisfaction, profitability, and interface with other branches.
Prioritize and organize shipments to insure timely and efficient handling.
Provide customer service and troubleshoot any issues
Ensure all documentation complies with international regulations and company policies.
Monitor and manage the costs associated with air freight operations, including fuel surcharges, tariffs, and other fees.
Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to ensure competitive pricing.
What company offer:
Flexible work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm on some ocassion it will be required to work from 5 pm to 1 am. In the evenigh shift the 3 hours are from office 5 can be remotley from home.
3 Additional paid days, to take in case of emergencies.
Office in the city center of Chisinau.
