Responsibilities:

• UX Research & Strategy: Conduct user research to understand target users’ needs, preferences, and pain points, specifically related to automotive mobile applications. Define user personas, user journeys, and scenarios that inform design decisions.
• UI Design: Design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly mobile interfaces that align with the project’s goals and enhance the overall user experience.
• Prototyping & Interaction Design: Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to demonstrate user flows, transitions, and animations for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers, to ensure cohesive and scalable designs that meet technical constraints and business goals.
• User Testing & Validation: Plan and execute usability tests, analyze results, and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system, ensuring consistency across all digital automotive interfaces.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on mobile UX/UI trends, best practices, and innovations within the automotive industry to bring fresh ideas to the project.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications; 
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, and other design tools; knowledge of prototyping tools and interaction design software.
• Deep knowledge of mobile design principles and guidelines for iOS and Android platforms
• Strong understanding of responsive, user-centered mobile design approaches
• Skilled in creating high-fidelity mockups
• Capable of managing multiple features simultaneously and meeting project deadlines
• English B2+
