what you will be doing:

• Manage the new TV Interactive service across multiple platforms
• Actively participate in the analysis, description & planning of the TV product’s evolution
• Design business & technical specifications to achieve goals defined by the Product Owner
• Deploy updates for TV Box & apps on various platforms
• Analyze key metrics & user feedback to make data-driver decisions
• Continuously improve the Internet & TV product
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to meet the customer expectations
• Monitor industry trends & conduct competitor analyses
• Launch new home & connectivity products
• Collaborate using tools such as Jira/Confluence, Figma & others

• A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement of the customer journey
• Curiosity & enthusiasm for exploring the latest technological innovations
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate key metrics & user feedback, enabling data-driven decisions making
• Commitment to enhancing the customer experience with proactive approach

required knowledge and experience:

• Background in business or engineering with solid understanding of telecom or IT technologies
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Innovative mindset with a “no-barriers” approach to problem solving
• Preferred: minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom or IT
• Preferred: experience in Project or Product development
• Proficiency in both Romanian & English
