We are a fast-growing lighting business seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused individual to 
join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, specifically handling phone calls 
and customer enquiries. They will also support various ecommerce operations to ensure a seamless 
experience for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and managing customer enquiries with a proactive and professional 
    approach.
  • Providing updates and resolving issues related to orders, refunds, and replacements.
  • Using CRM tools to monitor performance and customer satisfaction. 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional phone manner and communication skills.
  •  Strong customer service experience.
  •  English as a first language or equivalent proficiency.
  •  Proficient in computer applications.
  •  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.
  •  Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
