Trevolution Group is the travel arm of Dyninno, providing data processing of airline travel information and travel services to individual and corporate clients.   

We manage a variety of brands, including ASAP Tickets, International Travel Network (ITN), Innovative Travel Solutions (ITS), and several online services. Specializing in “visiting friends and relatives” travel, we always strive to make sure our clients get the most out of every trip.  

We take pride in our achievements; with over 730,000 air tickets and package holidays sold each year, Trevolution Group is now the fifth-largest consolidator in the USA.

We offer:

Responsibilities:

  • To work on the first line of the customer support;
  • To distribute the requests to the other customer support departments.
  • To help the customers with exchanges and refunds.
  • To provide customers with extra information about the trip.
  • To provide high-level support to both Sales Agents and customers by delivering all necessary information:
  • To ensure customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of inquiries across multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of English (B2-C1).
  • Business etiquette and writing knowledge.
  • Handling e-mail communication, phone calls, and online platforms.
  • Interacting with other departments.
  • Availability to work full-time from the office.
