About XY Partners:
We are a business incubator launched in 2019, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Our programs provide mentorship resources to support e-commerce ventures, women-led businesses, and tech startups. About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at XY Partners. In this role, you will be driving the growth and expansion of our company by building and nurturing client and partner relationships, securing new opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research, identify, and engage new local and international clients and partners to drive growth and expansion;
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term collaborations with clients and partners through effective communication and alignment with their needs;
  • Prepare tailored presentations, participate in networking events, and negotiate agreements to achieve strategic goals;
  • Monitor, prepare, and submit applications for relevant grants and tenders, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate;
  • Collaborate on competitive proposals, maintain organized records, and deliver periodic updates to clients and internal management.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously;
  • Negotiation and relationship management expertise;
  • Familiarity with grant and tender processes is a plus;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to create tailored proposals and materials;
  • Fluency in Romanian and English is required; Russian is a plus.
