YOUR ROLE:

This position focuses on new client acquisition and company growth. The Sales Development Manager (SDM) is responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships and securing multi-year contracts with mid to large enterprises across the German market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase business and account base by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities using sales techniques to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Achieve set sales goals, targets, and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Understand customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific services.
  • Negotiate and establish pricing and terms that align with company profitability requirements.
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations of services to new and existing customers.
  • Identify trends in customer needs and market demands.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Ensure CRM data is up-to-date and maintained with discipline.
  • Provide excellent, customer-focused service at all times.

  • Strong knowledge of the German market.
  • Ability to understand and apply effective selling strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
