Agency C is expanding its team and is looking for a Customer Support Manager (Chat), with or without experience, for a full-time and flexible program in Chisinau. We offer a dynamic position in an international environment with the possibility to work in different languages.

Requirements 

• Knowledge of English and Russian.
• Knowledge of Romanian language is not mandatory.
• Experience: entry level (< 2>
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Good time management and problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers via chat and other communication channels as required.
• Providing support and assistance to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Identifying and communicating customer issues; prioritizing and effectively managing support requests.
• Working with other departments to resolve more complex issues.
