- Handling 5 dry vans daily in the average.
- Analyzed freight market zones to identify new opportunities that enriched our general RPM and to ensure customers strong willingness to maintain our collaboration.

- Connected all my drivers in a single chat to keep an easier overview on their statuses as well as on time updates with all the brokers, that generated valuable feedbacks by all brokers. Continuously checking brokers MC# or FF# in order to avoid any further issues regarding load payments.

- Searched for cross-docking companies with unloading services in a weekly manner to guarantee fast and safe deliveries of the commodities as well as negotiation of the commodity's storage or further delivery.
- Continuously have been searching for trust worthy broker that could work based on our conditions, besides sell us loads that we need to accomplish our main goal.
- Maintained strong relations with the brokers and other carriers that already did splendid job for us managed company overall statistics that lead to substantial growth to our understating of the market hot zones and it further use in our advantage.
- Developed strong understanding of a load consolidation system and, sure thing, double brokering.
- Substantially evolved stress resistance due to continuous tardiness to all deliveries caused by an imperfect consolidation system, that often enough caused freight deterioration.
