Responsabilități:

• Provides day-to-day maintenance, support.
• Escalate outages/issues according to guidelines.
• Analyze recurring issues, work on sustainable solutions.
• Ensure availability of infrastructure in the area of competence

• Provides technical support level hardware and software operating system
• Performs monitoring, management and maintenance of infrastructure systems
• Solve IT service incidents and problems in the area of competence

• Participate in lT projects implementation

• Ensure proper management of software licenses and their usage
• Prepares and maintains documentation on activities necessary for the operation
• Solve IT service requests in their area of competence (Ticketing)
• Satisfy the security policies of the Company and the Department
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, security and availability of data and information
• Repair, installation and configuration the IT equipment, equipped printers, and other IT and
telephony equipment.

Responsabilități:

● Receiving calls from users and classification of issues by the severity and urgency
● Monitoring tickets raised by users using Tickets management system
● Assigning incidents, problems and requests to the specific unit for resolution
● Providing 1st level support to users (Hardware and software technical support)
● Participating in the implementation of IT projects
● Repair, installs and configuration of IT equipment (PCs, Monitor, SBCs, Printers, scanners, Network devices…)
● Escalating outages/issues to the high level support
● Documentation of Incidents Reports
● Following up of IT Audit and Compliance issues and ensure implementation.
