The ideal candidate will be involved in the various areas of accounting and financial process of US Group Companies.

Key accountabilities:

• Involved in the monthly closing process, including preparation of journal entries, preparation and analysis of financial statements and adherence to deadlines;
• Budget and Forecast preparation; cost computation and analysis of Actual vs Budget;
• Partner with the FP&A team and other departments to provide tailored reporting to keep spending in check;
• Support accounting operational demands;
• Ad-hoc reports and analysis for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
• 3+ years of relevant finance - banking - accounting experience;
• Accounting experience in an international company would be a plus.
• Good level of English language (B2+).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user and experience with financial software applications;
• Strong dedication for hard work, and the ability to drive continuous improvement throughout the accounting organization;
• Analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills would be a plus.
