• Basic knowledge of the production in light industry would be an advantage
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills - English
• Ability to learn fast
• Ability to work in a team thus the work is done remotely
• Accountability and work under strict deadlines
• Romanian and English speaking abilities
• Other languages would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• International business development
• Communicate with clients via phone, email
• Present Agency services and offering comprehensive service description
• Maintain client communication via sales process, mediate different misunderstandings
• Advice on legal aspects when applicable
• Coordinate contracting related communication within the team
• Achieve performance indicators
• Client data base maintenance and development
• Client profiles updates
