We are seeking an experienced SAP Materials Management (MM) Lead to join our team for a 14-month project. The successful candidate will have in-depth experience in toll-manufacturing or sub-contractor setups within SAP and will be responsible for leading the full implementation lifecycle of the SAP MM module. The role requires strong expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery. Travel to Arad and Sibiu will be required to support the project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Fit to Standard workshops based on the master process list to identify business needs, process gaps, and functional requirements.
• Configure SAP MM for toll-manufacturing setups, ensuring alignment with best practices while delivering customized solutions tailored to the client’s unique business processes.
• Design and implement efficient material management process flows, integrating MM with other SAP modules.
• Perform SAP MM module customization to meet specific project and business needs.
• Lead the testing phase to ensure all configurations are working properly and meet project requirements.
• Provide comprehensive training for users on SAP MM functionalities and workflows to ensure smooth operations post-implementation.
• Lead cutover activities to ensure a seamless transition to the new system during go-live.
• Ensure successful go-live and provide hypercare support during the stabilization period.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from discovery to go-live, while ensuring that deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP MM consultant, with hands-on expertise in toll-manufacturing or sub-contractor setup.
• Proven ability to lead Fit to Standard workshops and perform system customization to deliver tailored SAP MM solutions.
• Experience with testing, training, and managing cutover activities in an SAP implementation environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices for material management processes.
• Willingness to travel to Arad and Sibiu as part of the project requirements.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• End-to-end project experience in SAP MM implementations is essential.
