Oneest is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team and contribute to an exciting project in the automotive industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Android development, particularly with Kotlin, and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
• Ensure high code quality through extensive testing and self-reflection.
• Drive high standards in mobile app development, working with the team to continuously improve and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product management, to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Utilize agile methodologies to ensure efficient project progress and timely delivery.
• Act as an advocate for code excellence and team growth, supporting and mentoring junior team members as needed.
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes to streamline app deployment.
• Occasionally travel to meet with team members and stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Android development, with a strong command of Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of mobile app development principles and Android UI design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and agile development methodologies.
• High level of self-reflection with a focus on maintaining high code quality.
• Strong English skills, minimum level B2.
• Proven ability to mentor team members and help drive team initiatives.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
