People in Need (PIN) is a Czech non-governmental organization that provides relief aid and development assistance while working to defend human rights and democratic freedom. Position Overview:
The HR Manager/Coordinator plays a crucial role in addressing complex HR issues related to planning, budgeting, staff contract management, and capacity building, directly impacting the efficiency of HR management and program implementation for the People in Need (PIN) mission in Moldova. Reporting to the Head of Systems & Operations, the HR Manager ensures timely and quality HR support, contributing to the overall success of programs and services for beneficiaries.
