• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups.
• Manage Jira workflows and dashboards to monitor progress and resolve blockers.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineers to address scope-related challenges and validate features.
• Document processes and ensure high-quality outcomes through manual testing.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 2+ years in a delivery-focused role (e.g., Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Product Manager).
• Proven expertise in Jira (workflows, dashboards).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience leading ceremonies.
• Familiarity with QA processes (manual testing experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
