We are looking for a Delivery Lead with a strong Business Analyst background and excellent English communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scrum Leadership

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, enabling collaboration and productivity.
• Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile best practices and the Scrum framework.

2. Project Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.•Monitor and communicate sprint progress, team velocity, and project status to stakeholders.

3. Team Management

• Coordinate and support cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team accountability.
• Identify and resolve team impediments or dependencies that may impact delivery.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding delivery progress and risks.
• Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and gather feedback to ensure project alignment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote trust and transparency.

5. Risk and Issue Management

• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions.
• Address issues promptly and escalate when necessary to ensure project continuity.

6. Metrics and Reporting

• Provide actionable insights from metrics to drive process improvements.
• Ensure the team meets defined quality standards and delivers value consistently. 

7. Agile Process Improvement

• Continuously assess and refine Agile practices to enhance team performance.
• Encourage innovation and adaptability in delivery processes.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and experimentation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, PSM, PMI-ACP).
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead role.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude in a fast-paced environment.
