YOUR ROLE: This is a role dedicated to new client acquisition and company growth. The SDM is responsible for identifying and developing new clients, and securing multi-year contracts with mid to large enterprises across the German market.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase business and account base by finding and qualifying new business accounts using sales techniques to cross sell and up-sell.
  • Achieve set sales goals, targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific services.
  • Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to company’s requirements for customer and transaction profitability.
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations of services to new and existing customers.
  • Identify trends in customer requirements.
  • Maintain and improve customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM at all times with unwavering discipline.
  • Ensure excellent customer focused service.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the German market.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques.
  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills.
  • Team player who works productively with a wide range of people.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in German and English
