We are working on an ambitious project and, to ensure its success, we are looking for a talented Project Manager who will coordinate our diverse team, including specialists in all key areas of game development: game design, programming, QA, and more.

Role Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing game development, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of all project stages. You will work closely with all departments, maintaining clear communication, a unified vision, and an optimal workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full project lifecycle, from concept to release.
• Coordinating a multidisciplinary team and ensuring effective collaboration between departments.
• Developing and tracking work plans, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Implementing and adapting agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize workflow.
• Identifying risks and effectively managing them to minimize delays and bottlenecks.
• Monitoring progress and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Participating in programming and technical analysis of the project in Unity 2D.

Requirements:

• Mandatory knowledge of Unity 2D and basic programming skills (C#).
• Experience as a Project Manager in a game development project is a plus.
• Deep understanding of game development processes and the ability to manage technical and creative teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to make quick decisions and find effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Understanding of game development principles, architecture, and game process optimization.
