Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical support processes for B2B partners.
  • Organize and oversee the team responsible for setting up and configuring internal partner accounts to ensure seamless product operation.
  • Coordinate access provisioning to the product and configure user permissions for partners.
  • Analyze API logs to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring uninterrupted product functionality.
  • Provide technical consultation to partners on product usage, settings, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with other departments (developers, integration team, product teams) to address technical challenges.
  • Monitor SLA compliance and enhance team efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on completed work, analyze team and partner performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor technical support team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B technical support, internal system administration, and product configuration.
  • Knowledge of API operations, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with access control systems and user rights management.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with partners and internal teams.
  • Proven leadership experience in team management and project coordination.
  • Technical proficiency in English (written and spoken) for working with documentation and international partners is a plus.
