Are you a seasoned Dispatcher with a sharp eye for the best loads? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing load boards and securing top-paying freight? If so, we want you to join our team!

Work Hours: 3 PM – 12 Midnight (Moldova time)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage load boards efficiently to find and book the best freight
• Dispatch Dry Van & Reefer drivers with precision and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers
• Optimize routes and schedules for maximum profitability
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher in trucking (Dry Van & Reefer preferred)
• Strong knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English
