Responsibilities:

• Manage and record financial transactions related to U.S. transportation operations
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, invoicing, and account reconciliation
• Process payments, verify financial data, and maintain accurate records
• Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and partners

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting within the U.S. transportation industry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Fluent English (C1 level required) for professional communication
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Office-based position – physical presence required (no remote work)
