Work Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Moldova Time)

Key Duties:

• Efficiently utilize load boards to identify and book high-value freight.
• Precisely coordinate and dispatch drivers for Dry Van & Reefer cargo.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with brokers and customers.
• Strategically plan routes and schedules to maximize profits.
• Actively track shipments to ensure timely deliveries and effectively resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven dispatching experience within the trucking industry, preferably Dry Van & Reefer.
• Expert knowledge of industry-standard load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
• Exceptional negotiation, quick decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage stress and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
