I worked as a truck dispatcher for almost 3 years for a company based in USA . My responsabilities were scheduling and monitoring customer-specific freight pickup and delivery orders , developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with drivers and brokers , checking and maintaining accurate driver logs and records related to work activities . I also managed and resolved billing .
