Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities;
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business;
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to present the product and relay objection handling;
- Conduct an accurate, consistent, and timely follow-up;
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers;
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Previous experience in sales and proficiency in sales management software and CRM;
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills;
- Demonstrated personal integrity;
- Effective time management abilities;
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets;
- Ability to effectively balance persuasion and professionalism when dealing with clients;
- Knowledge of the travel industry and proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) skills;
